Tan Tan Men and Tonkatsu are great. Get a Mini Chahan (fried rice) and use the white pepper they have on the table. Outstanding
My fave noodle consistency, and the Shio ramen with extra butter is classic. Great realistic ramen-ya feel to it too
This place has an amazing curry ramen (I was skeptical because normally I like Japanese curry and I like Ramen but not curry ramen) - they also have a pretty large selection and they are ALL quite good
the Chicken Ramen is great. I think Rockmeisha does a chicken broth but i hate that place, but totto is solid. Also, menu here touts spiciest ramen you can imagine
Really fantastic tonkotsu ramen - really rich pork fatty buttery broth. Not primarily a ramen place, but its fantastic anyway
